Our Mission

New Life Day Center provides direct support to persons experiencing homelessness, bridging gaps between our homeless neighbors and the operating resources currently existing to serve them as they overcoming life’s most challenging barriers.  We transforming lives by focus on individual strengths and needs through fostering attitudes of hospitality, respect, and love.

Our Vision

Every individual in the Lexington-Fayette County area is valuable, teachable, and lovable and deserves hospitality, respect, and love.  Our community unites to provide everyone access to resources that meet life’s critical needs and empower each individual to reach his or her potential.  Our priority is that all people are appreciated and no individual is left homeless.

Our Philosophy

New Life Day Center embodies the belief that Christ died for all people.  Remaining mindful of that, we believe that unfortunate circumstances should never impede the reception of Christ’s love for his people.  We maintain that as the hands and feet of Christ it takes a collaborative church community response to fully illustrate this truth.  We commit to being a focal point in this endeavor, offering our love, service and hospitality in the generous spirit of Christ.
