Fatherhood Initiative Volunteer Opportunities
Fatherhood Initiative seeks to restore, equip and deploy fathers and male leaders in families, the faith community, and throughout the city of Lexington. This is accomplished primarily through 12 week classes that strive to equip and empower men to become better fathers, husbands, leaders. Classes are held throughout the community and in the jail.
Opportunity: Facilitator
Responsibilities: Lead responsible fatherhood or healthy relationship groups of 10-20 adults. Facilitator training (3 hrs.) is required.
Weekly Time Commitment: 3-4 hours per week depending individual preparation needs
Length of Commitment: TBD by Fatherhood Initiative and adults in relationship

Responsibilities: Enter relationship and provide positive interaction with fathers requesting additional support and guidance beyond educational curricula.
